Payment and Deposits

Paypal is the main method I currently use for all my clients. However, e-transfers is available for Canadian clients.

Yes, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon signing a contract for all services except video or graphic creation.

For most services (excluding video and graphic creation), I offer a payment plan. After the deposit is paid, the remaining 75% can be paid all upfront, or split into two instalments: half at the start of the project and the other half at the end. 

Invoices are sent on the 25th of each month and are due by the 1st in recognition that many authors rely on Amazon payments received on the 29th. However, if payment is not received by the 1st, services will be paused until payment is made.

Content Creation

Will you read all my books for content creation?

No, content creation includes a content pull of of two books. Additional books require a $50 flat fee to be read.

Videos are licensed for use only on the account you designate when we start working together. If you’d like to upload them to a second account, a usage rights fee of 20% of your monthly total will apply.

Beta Reading

Do you require the entire document for beta reading?

Yes, the complete document is required.

No, a second read-through is not included. However, the beta-reading process continues until all your questions regarding my comments are resolved. If you significantly revise any passages, I’m happy to reread those sections.

Editing

Do you offer a sample edit?

Yes, I provide a sample edit for up to 15,000 words for $25.

A rush fee of $0.0015 per word is added to all services if you require a quicker turnaround.
